Graduate Programs
Each 30-credit program has a hybrid outline with required physical attendance. Before enrollment, OTC will provide applicable attendance schedules and instructional location requirements. A Designated School Official (DSO) will confirm F-1 eligibility.
About Us
Graduate admissions
Applicants need a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, official transcripts, and a professional resume indicating two years of work experience. English-language proficiency documentation is required when OTC’s admissions policy applies. Applicants with credentials earned outside the United States must arrange an approved foreign transcript evaluation. The GRE is optional. OTC makes individual admissions decisions.
F-1 study and the Form I-20
OTC is SEVP-certified to enroll F-1 students and is authorized to issue the Form I-20. F-1 students must maintain a full course of study in an eligible program. The DSO will review program eligibility and the student’s course schedule. A fully online program is not eligible for F-1 enrollment. Admission, Form I-20 issuance, and a visa decision are separate steps; a visa is not guaranteed.
