- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related STEM discipline (or 8 years work experience if no degree)
- 4 or more years’ of practical work experience in subject area taught
- Previous administrative/leadership experience in accredited programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Job Requirements For Electronics Program Lead – Lead Instructor but NOT REQUIRED: Online or in-person instruction, Electricity, Computers, and HVAC highly preferred.
Duties for Electronics Program Lead, School of Technology
Lead Instructor include but are not limited to
- Support the delivery of quality academic programs and services in our School of Technology.
- Serve the day and evening faculty and students at our Iowa campus in both our ground and online environments.
- Participate in accreditation procedures.
- Supervise faculty, in association with the Dean of Academic affairs, including interviewing, hiring, and training; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Schedule classes, assigning faculty and lab assistants as needed.
- Mentor students, guiding them through the program.
- Take a lead role in assigned course curriculum oversight and where credentialed, the development of curriculum.
- Participate in student retention activities and provide a beginning point of contact for instructors with student escalation issues.
- Perform other administrative and job-related duties as assigned.
- Teach multiple courses per semester

Location:The ideal candidate must be able to work from the Davenport campus with the ability to teach remotely, as needed, using Zoom and Canvas as the LMS. This is an ON CAMPUS position.

HVAC Program Lead, School of Technology

College Admissions Representative / Recruiter

Brief Description: Responsible for calling potential candidates, interviewing them on campus and determining if they are a good match for one of our programs. Will also be going to local high schools and presenting to HS juniors and seniors and developing leads (public speaking). Three days a week 9-5:30, two days a week 11:30am -8pm (can stay the same or rotate evenings and this is never on a Friday). One Saturday a month.
Must live locally or within reasonable commuting distance. Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required. Public speaking and sales experience a PLUS.
Director of Admissions
Brief Description: Position accountabilities include but are not limited to achieving New Student Recruitment (admission responsibilities) & Retention Budgets and Lead Generation Strategies as PRIMARY functions. They will recruit and function in an admissions capacity as well as manage staff.

Maintains local employment opportunities to assist current students search and secure part time employment.

Director of Financial Aid
The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate disbursement of financial aid funds, overseeing the refund process and managing account receivables throughout the system. Position will work with Operations & Student Finance staff on reconciliations of bank and GL accounts and works with Treasury to ensure accurate movement of aid funds, and is responsible for ensuring that customer service to both students and campus staff is timely and accurate. The Director is a key member of the organization’s senior leadership team and is expected to attend and actively participate in weekly leadership meetings. Manage the daily operations of Financial Aid from the Davenport, Iowa campus and be expected to manage the staff and activities of the Ohio campus remotely with travel required as needed.
Facility Staff
The Facility Staff is responsible for day to day repairs, renovations, and maintenance of the building. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, light building renovations and repairs, equipment maintenance/repairs, custodial care, assisting with event set-up and tear down, and other responsibilities as designated.
